  • I've been here a few times in the past - all for the Art Battle events. I'm sure at one point this hall was...great....but not so much anymore. Kinda run down. And for some reason even if it is -20 outside it's like Satan's lair in here...HOT as HELL. There is a tiny bar in the back but I've never bothered to go - it looks crowded and from what I hear - over priced drinks. On the plus side the upstairs has seating so you can go up and chill for a bit.
