I've never ever ever had a positive customer service experience at any Best Buy. I am giving this review 4 stars solely on one person, I wish I could remember his name and it kills me that I can't. My boyfriend and I walked in knowing we were not going to leave until we have a TV and surround sound. So, like all Best Buy's we couldn't find anyone to help us. I slightly blame the company on this one because MOST of these people make minimum wage and they do not get any sort of bonuses or commission off sales. If the company becomes employee centric then the employees with become customer centric. Anyways, we found someone to help. Immediately greeted us with a smile and a friendly "what can I do for you today?" We told him we're looking at TVs and thinking about a Vizio mostly cause they're cheap. He straight up told us no, we shouldn't get a Visio because they're hit and miss. He somehow knew inventory and deals like the back of his hand because somehow someway he scored us a deal and got us a Samsung cheaper than a Vizio. We were so happy that we just ended splurging on more stuff because of all the money we saved. ProTip: you can negotiate prices with them on open box products.
