  • Stopped in 2:20AM thinking there would be a wide selection of doughnuts only to be somewhat disappointed. I ended up buying something I like, but it was a struggle as I had in mind something else. I myself had a hard time remembering the name of a glaze I wanted on a doughnut, and it was a struggle to communicate this with the clerk as they came across as busy in the back making doughnuts and not really wanting necessarily to take time out for me as a customer. I will stop in again in the future, but until then they could improve their round the clock selections by making fresh doughnuts around the clock to streamline the workload that the night staff are faced with. The experience was the way that it was because the business has not looked into methods to support around the clock operations with a variety of doughnut selections. A good inventory system would allow them to prioritize doughnut production, which would benefit the workload of their employees. There doughnuts are very good which was not the reason for the 2 star rating, but rather the suggestions that I am making by my experience of their business operations. I look forward to seeing these improvements in the future.
