  • After a small lunch at Hot Dog Heaven in Henderson, I was ravenous come dinner time. After reading the great reviews of the Chicken Shack I knew my hunger Blues were about to end. This small restaurant was jammed with people which is always a good sign. I got the 5 piece Chicken Fingers with fries. Calling them fingers is misleading as they are very big cuts of breast meat that are expertly coated and fried to perfection. The seasoning on the chicken was a letdown as it was way too salty. The sauces are all house made and my Honey Garlic helped out my salty chicken quite a bit. Overall a decent meal that is close to being great once they get the seasoning down.
