  • The sales reps were not accurate about how efficient the windows were. Also they had to return many times to fix the windows. I was told it would save me money on my electric bill due to the quality of the windows, that wasn't true at all. In fact my bill for the past 2 years has been more than it was when i bought the house. They did not get it done in one day like they said. Also some of the windows arrived damaged.
