I'm usually hesitant to try new sushi bars without getting a good recommendation first, but something was telling me that I needed to check this place out. I'm glad I did. I went on a Thursday night and there were maybe a dozen guests at tables scattered throughout and nobody at the sushi bar. Since it was just me I sat at the bar. The place is nice, clean and well kept. I ordered a variety of items from the all you can eat menu and all tasted good. What caught my attention though was the Sushi Chef's attention to detail. I had ordered Ika (squid) and he thoroughly washed it before he prepared it for me. Nice...and then he took an avocado (he was making a roll) for another guest, cut it in half and although it looked ok to me, it was not up to his standards and he threw it out and cut open a new that looked better than the first one. I thought that was awesome. They have impressed me and I will be back for more!
