  • We checked in for or anniversary weekend at about 8pm on a Friday. After a typical long wait in the 'check-in' line, we finally got to our room with 20 minutes to spare until our dinner reservation- only to discover our room wasn't clean. It took another 20 minutes to hike back to the check in desk to get another room. Incredibly frustrating given we booked a fountain view room and checked in so late that the last issue you expect to arise is a room that's not even ready for you.... We ended up being 20 minutes late to our reservation and were lucky they didn't give our table away. While the Bellagio is a great hotel, it was clear through out our stay that they don't have the logistics in place the truly manage the size and capacity of the whole resort. We would likely opt for the cosmopolitan or aria in the future. The Bellagio has become outdated and overrated.
