  • Very disappointed with service and quality. First I asked for Green Glazed, and the lady didn't know what they were. Even though there was advertisements for said donuts all over the store. She kept saying " Is that it?" and I wasn't even finished yet then saying "OMG and ay ay ay", there was nobody else in line I don't understand what the rush was. The guy who took our payment at least was nice. The worst thing was I opened the box and the glazed were wrinkly and rock hard, like they had been microwaved multiple times. I was very upset and decided to go to another Krispy Kreme. I'm a regular at KK and I had never had such a dismaying experience. I guess it's hit or miss.
