  • Excellent buffet! The best of the three I went to during my stay (here, the buffet at the Paris, and the Bucchanel). There was no line at 11, we got there in time for brunch which came with unlimited Mimosas (and our waitress was very attentive filling our drinks). The prime rib was to die for, tender and juicy and just plain fantastic. The fish and chips were also really good, crispy and not oily at all (plus the plating was very cute!) The selection was great, I only ate tiny portions and still didn't have enough room to try everything I wanted! I will 100% come back here next time I go to Vegas and will recommend it to any of my friends that go to Vegas.
