  • Had what I consider to be poor service and asked to speak to the manager Chris! He went WAY ABOVE and beyond to make me totally happy with the sincerest apology! I guess that's why I've been a Discount Tire customer for decades! Mistakes can happen but extra customer care to make things more than right is what counts!
