  • I had my heater go out during the evening on a pretty cold evening. I called this company out to take a look and they realized is was what was called an igniter in my furnace air handler. They had the parts stock and that was very convenient. The whole thing took about 30 min. My unit utilizes gas instead of electricity for the heating portion. That is why my energy bill lowers in the winter time. Everything else was fine with the ac system so I am good to go for now.
