Bought a used bike around 4 years ago and knew it probably needed at least a tuneup. I had been riding it more and more each year and more than anything just wanted to make sure everything was safe.
I don't know much about bikes, so I looked up a bunch of places online when trying to decide where to go. There are a few bike shops out there with some consistent negative reviews, but found most reviews of Riders were quite positive. So decided to go to Riders to get some advice. I was contemplating possibly buying a new bike but after speaking with Valentine, decided it was worth it to keep the old bike and just do some upgrades in addition to the full tuneup. Riders was super informative and friendly and the turnaround time was super quick, which was great so that I didn't have to be without my bike for long.
I picked it up last Friday and it rides like brand new now! (my bike is prob around 30+ years old).
I think its important to note, when I was picking up my bike, there were quite a few people already in the shop waiting (and more trickled in while I was waiting) and each person received the individual attention you would want as a customer in a busy store. No one was rushed or told to come back. Incredible customer service. I would come back for that alone.
