  • Breakfast for dinner here at First Watch would be my personal request!! I had an amazing time with First Watch and the whole staff! It felt like I was invited to a wedding for breakfast lovers. Do you take First Watch to be your eternal breakfast spot? I do. And then the party started. It was a lovely 4 course reception. The menu, decor, and entrees were lovely! First course: That million dolla smoked bacon! Rich in flavor and a must add-on to the fresh avocado toast! I enjoyed the combination of flavors and textures together with the basted eggs! The morning meditation was a refreshing earthy drink! Second course: The kale tonic - another fresh pressed drink - I can maybe down a gallon of it. So I loved their play on Elote - created into a corn hash version topped with cage-free eggs. Wrapping it into a corn tortilla completed the dish! So yummy! Third course: A classy version of ham and Gruyere grilled cheese! Such a comfort food for me! So I cannot dislike that! Finished nicely with the hibiscus lemonade! Fourth course: Dessert! Lemon ricotta pancakes - great with fresh strawberries and lemon curd! What a treat and my belly was very satisfied! I appreciated the First Watch staff, the chefs, and servers! Great service and presentation! I love the freshness and all the ingredients used to make such a memorable meal! The goody bag was so unexpected and was a perfect party favor for me...all of which I will use! Thank you Hailey and Yelp team for the special invite!
