  • This is probably the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I called just to ask what the Platinum Carwash entails and the person who answered the phone was very rude. She answered by saying "ugh ma'am, it includes car wash and cleaning inside", and just hung up without saying bye. Worst customer service ever.
