  • Yea, ditto the other reviews, but adding my own 2 cents in regardless. :) Came here looking for a dress. Figured they would have a large selection (which they do) and since they've been in business so long, how bad could it be? Well, it was bad. Not awful, just neglectful. Waited a bit before getting shown upstairs (where the bridal area is.) Sales lady gave us the general lay of the land, and then let us loose. My MOH and I pulled a ton of dresses, which we then had to haul to the dressing rooms ourselves. Thank goodness for my MOH, because she was the one helping me get dressed, clipping the dresses, etc. Sales lady basically disappeared and would just occasionally pop in to see that we were still there, but offered no assistance or advice. Glad I didn't purchase from here. They do have a large selection, and they do have a good sales rack with good prices. But the service is extremely lacking.
