  • Located in the heart of downtown Phoenix, Hanny's couldn't be in a more perfect place. When I think of Phoenix, I think of unique places. Hanny's is just that. To navigate you through a first visit to Hanny's: *Walks in. Is greeted by Host* *Thinks to self, "This places is swanky"* *sees steps to basement, "hmm... interesting, is there more seating down there?"* *sits down at table, enjoys drinks and conversation with friends* *Sees giant hole in ground covered by plexi glass and steps on it, "this is awesome"* *starts to walk out, is once again distracted by basement steps.... wanders down steps* "What. The. " *leaves feeling slightly disturbed, yet still so intrigued.* To say the least, Hanny's is an original concept. One that I actually like a lot. Definitely a spot I'll continue to visit. The drinks are moderately priced and the service is friendly. I can't say I've tried the food, but that doesn't mean I won't someday. I'll definitely be back.
