| - I don't know who they've been paying for their reviews, but this company is not worth your time.
My agent was Caralyn, and instead of getting confirmation from an insurance underwriter that the information was recieved and noted in a timely manner she waited a week to say anything and I had to call to get answers. I was okay with changing insurance companies b/c frankly the one they had set me up with wasn't to my liking, but when I called back to find out what was going on, I got Jeremy who didn't know anything about the insurance agencies who served las vegas. He insisted that Progresive not being available, while I was chatting with an underwriter for them who told me that she'd not only love to get me insured, but for over 100 bucks less a year.
Jeremy's tone also gave me a headache due to the fact that he had a condescending tone with me on the phone the entire time. If at any time I called the office after 5 pm, he'd be the one picking up, which made me think that he was running this business out of his house, not a building.
In short, I got myself a new insurance policy without the help of this company or their employees, did all the footwork myself, and got it cheaper than they could offer. I didn't like how much of a flake Caralyn seemed to be, as I always had to chase after her and phone her like I was checking in on a little kid, or how much i had to deal with the high and mighty Jeremy.
If you have the chance, stay away from this business.
--Additional: I was told that they underwrote for progressive. They brand the Progressive logo, and the policy is fine. As for the contacts not being replied to, I received a single call during work hours, and do not get off until after this so called company closes. They did not, and have not emailed me regarding the matter any further. Frankly I'd prefer if they did not.
As for them trying to point fingers, well, enjoy playing the blame game, it just goes to show that you're not worth working with. Here's a hint for you Jeremy: A customer can say anything they want to about a company, and just look irate. The moment the company points a finger back at the customer, it makes them look worse. ENJOY THAT THOUGHT!
