Refused my warranty claim. This dealership did anything and everything to refuse my power train warranty for my transmission box. I had purchased a brand new accord here and gotten an extended warranty. After around 20,000 kms my 2nd gear started to grind on my manual transmission. They tried as hard as they could to blame my 2nd gear problem on user error. They even blamed my HID modification which are my headlights as an excuse to not change my transmission box. This problem is a very common problem among Hondas and some have gotten their transmission box replaced. After hours of trying to convince them they offered a transmission oil change. They refused to change my transmission box after this. The problem still exists in my car afterwards and had to pay for a new transmission box and labour to change it at my trusted mechanic.
