  • Aspire is a very good property to live in. Not sure how anyone could rate this location anything less than a 5! The staff is very helpful with anything that needs to be taken care of. Arthur is my guy, & he usually comes to the unit and fixes whatever needs to be fixed within 24 hours, some times same day. They have a Luxor package locker in the main office that allows packages to be stored safely with a code to redeem. The staff offers coffee or Tea every morning for the residents convenience and some times throw a few treats out there which is always nice to have. Amenities are nice, pool is nice, & both gyms in each building gets the job done! One of my biggest concerns when moving to Vegas was safety. The great thing about Aspire is all perimeter doors to get to the units are locked after 6pm and require Fob's to enter for safety. That was a big deciding factor that lead me to chose Aspire over many others. My experience at Aspire has been great and if I wasn't buying my own home, I would continue to live here! :)
