  • Atlas moved me from Vancouver, BC to London, ON in November 2015. I'd used them to get from Toronto to Vancouver a few years prior and had no issues. This time I had some broken dishes and filed a claim. This was denied because they didn't pack the boxes. Makes sense I suppose. I added some photos of how I labelled the boxes to this site, and what the end result was. In hindsight I guess I should have let them pack the boxes at whatever rate they charge, on top of the $5100 to move me, to not have my $60 in dishes broken. Well actually no guarantee the dishes would not have been broken, only that they would have (I assume) paid my claim.
