  • Last night was the second time I've been to Carson Kitchen. It was amazing, yet again! I called early in the afternoon to make a reservation for 2 at 8pm. Unfortunately they don't do small party reservations. The hostess told me to call about 10 min before arriving to ask about the wait. We arrived around 8:15pm and told the wait was 1 hour. We went to the upstairs bar and ordered "cashme ousside" (double rye whiskey, bitters, eggwhites, ancho Reyes and fresh lemon). It was refreshing, and light. We were seated around 9:30pm. Service was quick, after ordering we waited maybe 15-20 min for our food. We ordered the butter burger, gyro tacos, and the bacon jam. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone - whether you're a Vegas local or visiting.
