  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are beyond unprofessional! Their appointment setting system is a joke: they call the evening prior to the service call and ask you if a 3-4hour window will work for you. How about you stop the back and forth and let people tell you when their schedule is available - it's called customer service right? So they called me Tuesday evening asking me if a 2-5 window would work for me on Wednesday, I told them that I work until 4:30 and couldn't make that work. I asked for a Friday first thing appointment, but they said they'd have to see how busy they were and if they would even be working on Friday. So guess who just called me Wednesday at 3pm and said they were on their way? When I told him I didn't have an appointment today, that I declined it yesterday - he gave me the largest dose of ATTITUDE I've ever seen. "not his problem" ..."no skin off his back" ..."do I want him to fix the garage door or not?" and many other choice phrases were shared with me. I told him his services wouldn't be needed, called my home warranty company, filed a complaint and was issued a different company. BEWARE of this company, you don't want to deal with this unprofessionalism!
