Overall: 3/5
Not a bad option for bubble tea if you're in the area and want to try something new. No line ups just yet!
Taste: 3/5
Ordered the Oolong Honey Milk Tea and really liked this. I thought the tapiocas here were better than Chatime, Green Grotto, or Bubble Republic. They had a few other interesting options on the menu that I would likely come back to try.
Service: 3/5
I was the only customer there at the time so service was relatively quick. We asked for recommendations and a few other questions but the staff couldn't quite answer them. I chalked it up to the fact that they were still new and probably still need more time to train and adjust. I was also not informed of their point system, nor received a stamp card :( Hope to see a little more energy, knowledge, and confidence from their staff at the next visit!
Ambience: 2.5/5
The place is more spacious than I anticipated. The colours are rather dark though - not really my style but I appreciate that it looks very different from the other bubble tea places. Other Yelpers mentioned that the site smelled of smoke and I wonder if they've taken note of these comments because I didn't smell this at all. Instead, a strong fragrance greeted me as soon as I walked in. A little too strong of a fragrance though (but better than the smell of cigarettes).
