  • One star. Boo! Check in was very difficult for some reason. The counter person could not figure out my room, my rate, and found swiping my credit card to be challenging. I realized I was tired and grumpy, so I figured my mood may have had something to do with that. Up to my room. Lights on. A quick walk-through. Ahhhhhh!!!!!! Used Q-Tips in a trash can. One star. Boo!
