Disappointing to see one person working most times, leading to unnecessary waiting. Seems most employees are sitting in the back, leaving one employee to handle orders and making drinks. My order took way too long and was ultimately wrong. They have a good product, but management could kill their business and profits. Seems like the employees would rather play in the back than work. Hopefully they get their act together because wait times for drinks is not worth it.

A recent trip to Boba Tea Company showed that things are deteriorating rapidly at this location. Today there is one employee and no medium or large cups. Apparently their location manager and staff all quit, forcing corporate to scramble hiring a new crew. They neglected to hire a manager, but brought a crew in from New Mexico to train the new employees, although one current employee told me he was not interviewed or trained, simply hired. Apparently they had no available uniforms, so current staff were wearing dirty white t-shirts. The one employee today came from the Chandler location.
It would be preferable if they just closed this store and let someone come in that will care able delivering a decent product. It is clear that ownership could care less about the consumer experience. This type of mismanagement does not deserve to stay in business. While their product can be good, it is clear that ownership and upper management are grossly incompetent. It is truly an embarrassment that this company chooses to run a business this way.
In case you think that there might be a way to complain directly to this company, think again. They provide no information online about regional management or ownership. It appears they simply don't want to hear it.
