  • Definitely my preferred PetSmart in the area - the store is always well-staffed and the employees know my dogs by name (we don't even go that often!). They are always incredibly helpful and upbeat; never had a bad experience in the last year we've been taking my puppy. My one dog has gone through all three levels of training classes offered and the other is starting to work her way up; the trainer, Jetta, has been wonderful and extremely helpful. She is also very accommodating if we have to miss a class and works with us to find a make-up time around our schedule. The cashiers are also very patient when it comes to price-matching and coupons; I've never felt rushed or like I'm bothering them, even when it's a busy weekend.
