We were in this location last week and when we got to the register the credit card machine was down. Two young teenagers were working the front when the manager Robert came out to check the machine. After 15 minutes we were told if we did not have cash we couldn't receive our food. The manager addressed nobody and left the two young boys to deal with the customers, they were obviously very uncomfortable. No apology and they threw all the food away. If I could give them a negative 5 for customer service I would. Luckily for us there is another subway two blocks away and we will go to that one from now on.
