  • I have been taking my car here for the past 11 years. I was initially hesitant to take my new car to someone other than the dealer, but I was unhappy with the dealer's service and pricing. The team at Monona Tire are all excellent. They explain things well and have provided excellent service for both routine maintenance and work that required me to get in quickly for an emergency. I especially appreciate that they are respectful and clear in their explanations - as a woman I've been talked down to numerous times at other service centers. Never here. The level of professionalism is high. Bonus is that they can frequently provide a loaner if you need to leave your car for the day. Highly recommended!
