  • Tribe sold 1000's of tickets to brokers for Opening Day, than advertised that you could buy tickets via StubHub (banner next to Indians Dugout) than punished all those that bought through Stubhub trying to blame Stubhub for Tribe's lousy customer service. There is a reason why the Indians have been second to last in attendance the past several years. They never get it. To those with little kids, take them to any of the minor league teams in the area - your kids will have more fun, the price will be 20% and you'll get the feeling your appreciated. To those with older kids or just you adults that can appreciate the difference between the minors and majors, do yourself a favor and drive to Detroit, Cincinnati or Pittsburgh - once you experience the service from any other team in Major League Baseball you will be as disgusted as the rest of us that have been elsewhere when you come back to Progressive Field.
