  • Took my dog in to be groomed this morning. I loved being about to set up my appointment online but that's about where the good parts ended. As soon as I entered I wasn't too sure but decided to give them a chance since I had an appointment. The desk person didn't act or dress very professional and when I came back an hour later she couldn't even remember which dog is mine. The groomer didn't even "introduce herself" to our dog so she was really unsure about being left but I knew she'd be okay. The saddest thing was that my dog was locked in a kennel while she waited for me to pick her up. My normally friendly dog was terrified when we came to pick her up. They also don't check vaccine records so who knows what she might have picked up in the.
