  • Wow, I can't say enough great things about this company. Joe and his team really strive hard to ensure their customers are treated well and all work is completed in a timely manner. My wife was leaving for Portland on Wednesday morning from our home in Gold Canyon with a cracked and leaky windshield still attached to her truck. So, I called Joe/real Fast Auto Glass on Sunday, our insurance slowed down the process a little (as they had to "assess the damage"), but as soon as I had approval Tuesday afternoon, Joe was on the ball finding a windshield and getting things scheduled with me for a Tuesday early-evening installation. Unfortunately, the windshield that they were transporting ended up breaking and Joe (after calling around and just missing picking up a second windshield from another warehouse before they closed) called me and apologized profusely. He then promised to be at the warehouse (in North Phoenix) as soon as they opened to pick up the new windshield and on his way first thing Wednesday morning. This was a promise he absolutely kept. The warehouse opened at 7:30 am, I received a call at 7:55am with Joe cheerily telling me he was on the way AND he even brought another technician with him to ensure things went smoothly and faster. As of Wednesday - 8:41am, he had called and said they completed the work as well as a couple extra odds and ends (ensured the rearview mirror was glued on properly this time as it wasn't previously, there was also a bit of plastic that was sticking up in front of the windshield that had been like that for awhile that Joe had volunteered to fix if possible.) and added extra tape to the windshield to ensure there'd be no issues for my wife starting her trip today. Joe and his team really went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and on the road in a timely manner. I honestly can't recommend them enough.
