  • I want to state that usually if I am posting a review about a towing company it is to complain. So imagine my surprise when Chris (the dispatcher) got Ray ( our tow truck operator) to us not only almost an hour early, but we had been forced to change our location at the "request" of an officer and had just reported it to the service not 10 minutes before. So in my book Chris is a awesome dispatcher I wish that there were more of them. Ray was friendly and professional and knew exactly what he was doing. You see getting a motorcycle towed usually means damage to the cycle. Not this time. He secured my R1 and got it to the house without incident and in a timely fashion. He also stuck to the original quote for the expense even though we had been forced to move some distance away. So you can bet your last dollar that if I should ever need a towing service I will be calling Chris and Ray at Tow4Less...... Thank you gentleman I truly appreciate it. Y'all are a rare find in a time where customer service is no longer valued....Thank You.......Rob
