rev:text	So, who goes on vacation to Las Vegas just to contract an upper respiratory infection? Yes, girl! Being military, I am limited to where I can receive treatment due to our medical insurance (unless it's a life, limb, eyesight medical emergency), so I have to settle on whatever medical facility my insurance provider refers me too. Once I read the reviews for Mike O'Callaghan Federal Medical Center - emergency room I was a little reluctant to go, but thenI realized I spent way to much money on my vacation to Vegas, and I had to get better to fully enjoy it. Boy, am I happy I decided to just go this medical facility because the staff, doctor, and overall service that I received here was absolutely incredible. I was prepared to be there at a minimum three hours, but I was out of there in one! From the time I checked in, I was on a roll! Check in, initial screening, one on one with the doctor, to discharge happened so quickly I couldn't believe it! Everyone was so courteous!! My only complaint is waiting for my prescription, which is in another part of the hospital. This was a great emergency room! Thank you for treating me and helping me get back on with my trip!
