rev:text	I really would I could rate this place with a zero. The customer services here is super disgusting....I am actually appalled. I got my nails done for my birthday on the 8th of this month, and yesterday they started to peel I got gel shellac! Which is suppose to last 3 weeks at least! Wit no chipping no peeling. Well 1 nail peeled off completely and 2 other nails chipped off. I got both shellac pedi and shellac mani and paid 138$ I believe give or take with tip! So I'm a little upset it hasn't even been a week, most nails salons say if it peels or anything happens you have a week to come back and we will fix it! I just thought this was a general rule, I was very wrong about that I called and explained the situation the girl on the phone said hold on let me talk to my manger, she comes back on the phone and says sorry we only do that with regular polish....who gets regular polish anymore...seriously. With paying 138$ and my nails are already off and chipping after 4 days...I am so sad with this place, the crazy part is that I haven't worked or done anything in the past 4 days to make my mani peel or chip at all...I have had those days off because it's my birthday and I'm celebrating but literally I feel embarrassed and disgusted that I had to pay 138$ for my nails to be ruined....and the service to be like no sorry can't help you...well I just paid 138$ and expect this to last at least 2 weeks....I'm so mad and annoyed. You have a stupid policy and your service is absolutely horrible. I'm not asking to have all my nails redone I'm asking to have the 3 nails redone. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN EVER. WASTE OF MONEY AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT COME HERE.
