  • Took a business trip out and my phone port to my knowledge was broken. The cable had to lay in a certain position for the phone to charge. I took it to this location and they let me know not to pay for a new port yet but to have them clean it and see how it works. Little did I know there was just pocket lint in the port that stopped it from charging in the right position. Didn't need to buy a new port and saved me cash. If anything all this cost me was some shame of finding pocket lint in the port.
