  • I've purchased most of my tires from this particular location and have now had two issues. During one purchase, I was charged for 1 tire warranty when I bought 4 tires. Not knowing the salesman only charged me for one (who would ever purchase just one?), I went in and was told that my tire could not be repaired because there would be no way to know which tire the one cert was associated with. That was well over a year ago. After my most recent visit, I purchased two front tires. Within 2 days, both of my wheel caps came off. Of course the two on the back that Discount Tire did not touch are still on the vehicle. So after owning my truck for 11 years, I'll need to search out and purchase two new wheel caps. I tried to speak to a manager at this location and was placed on hold, given to a salesman..not the manager, put on hold again and after 10 minutes of more wasted time, I decided to write this review instead. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location that is just down the street from my house. I'll be visiting a different location or just buying my tires at Costco.
