  • Unbelievably poor service. Came in for a helmet for my grandson, asked the young sales guy for assistance. He replied that his hands were dirty so he couldn't help. What? Really? We went to look at the bikes, sales guy followed but offered no advice. We had to get the bikes out ourselves while he just stood there, Finally he suggested that both grandsons looked like they would fit in a 15" frame (there is a HUGE difference in their heights). We went somewhere else to purchase the bikes and ended up with 2 different size bikes way bigger than 15".
