I bought the Groupon. Ended up rescheduling three times due to no available hours and then the nail tech had a family emergency. So I drove to my appointment last week and the nail tech wasn't even there! She never called. It's Completely unacceptable! I can understand if you need to re-schedule due to an ongoing family emergency but to have me waste my time and money driving to the salon, was plain rude! I left my name and number with the receptionist and have not received any call to reschedule or an apology since. I wouldn't recommend nail services at this time. I just hope I can get a refund and forget about this place.
