  • Starbucks should be embarrassed to have such a poor staff of individuals representing the location on Sahara and Rye. We frequently visit Starbucks and we were so excited a new location was opening near us. We've been to this location several times hoping the service would improve. This has yet to happen. The staff on the drive through is horrible. They do not acknowledge your existence. Clerk (female) grabs your card- hands out your drink and gives the look that literally screams - " Are you stupid? Why are you still in the driveway? " Customer service is everything. If not for the consumer, how else would a business thrive or exist. No business! No growth! No job opportunities!
