Excellent food and good atmosphere but the service can be slow sometimes. Sometimes it's normal but I have had to wait up to an hour before. Food is well worth it but don't come here if you're short on time unless you like to chase streetcars.
Take-out is unusually hardy. On the aforementioned occasion that I had to wait an hour for my food and then order it for take-out because I was about to miss a meeting, I was able to walk with the food for over half an hour in the cold and my mama shiro was still very hot. They give you a lot of injera, but if it's not enough for you, extra is free!
