  • I have been eating here once or twice a week for years, but something has changed in the past month, or so. The service level is way off. It's always odd to here Panera Bread is out of bread, but this has happened the last three times! I'm getting a lot of missed items in take out and hte food itself is suffering and seems like it's being thrown together with a lot less care. Hope they fix this.
