rev:text	I do not understand the bad reviews either. Apt started late because I was late and she didn't freak out on me. I had to wait a little longer after that but I always figure the best things in life take time. And I never schedule a million things to do after a spa day. Bring a book if your that worried. Like Lindsey said , this isn't Snottsdale. Good grief to your attitude. The owner IS certified, her degrees are posted on the wall. It's a BBB accredited business. I know for a fact that the owner washed her hands because I heard her. And what she does with her life is her business, smoking doesn't make you a horrible person. And if she smokes and her skin looks that good, count me in. She made sure I was safe for the treatment, she explained everything in FULL detail. I felt very comfortable, she mentioned some other products that would help me but didn't pressure me to buy them. She showed me her new laser machine. Nice and shinny :p yes she made small talk? What the heck!? Who wants to sit there in awkward silentness. I know for a fact that I did more talking than her, she doesn't talk your ear off or anything so I don't understand Christy. Quick, efficient treatment. Easy scheduling. No problems getting the appointments I needed. And I have a small window. Both the owner and the daughter are very nice. Talked for awhile after too. Although I have only received 1 treatment, and cannot rate the photofacials function and results, the business and professionalism is A+. I will definitely be returning and I will update with results when I'm done with my treatment series.
