  • Awful customer service / outstanding food No one greeted. We stood waiting to order without being acknowledged the cashier walked away before finishing the transaction she was busy sitting on the back counter to realize the importance of customer service and cleanliness, the floor was a mess with food and menus however outstanding idea and taste I ordered the rockport and it was out of control delicous. Spicy and a very large portion definitely fresh ingredients My wife ordered the Waikiki and she loved it. It was a southwestern style meal and delivered with taste The reason for 3 stars was the awful customer service there was no follow thru for example they delivered the food and did not ask if we needed anything such as wasabi ginger soy sauce utensils. They absolutely did not care. Too bad too because food was excellent. According to the receipt Natasha d took our order We were here 4-9-17 @ 10:31 pm Someone check the cameras and you will see. Fix this and your place would do better we will give it one more try soon because of the food but just an awful customer service experience.
