rev:text	So upsetting that I need to write a bad review on this place I am not the one to complain but I feel like this needs to be heard .... so a few days ago I walked in and i was waiting in line to see if they can fit me in to receive a haircut there was a family of 3 in front of me checking in before me but to be more specific and no offense I am by no means racist but a white family of 3 so I'm right behind this family and they are being treated like VIP as they should it's a nice shop on a nice side of town and it's a little pricer you get for what you pay for no problem that is why I went there to this shop to begin with to spend my hard earned money on a nice haircut ... SO any who the lady at the front Hispanic older lady in her late 40s who checks people in greeted the family and was asking the family of 3 if they would like any coffee or if they needed any water 1 out of 3 said yes to a water after that she said ok please have a seat we will be right with you! (She hasn't taken him his water YET) Me thinking in my head wow she is so nice Excellent customer service! I'm next : She didn't greet me lol okayyy??? I said hello I'm here to get a haircut She said one minute. I said sure she then took the 1 out of 3 people his water She came back and asked me Do you have an appointment? I said no She said ok if you want to take a seat for now we will be with you soon. I said ok thank you. The whole tone of her voice changed with me she didn't even offer me a drink which I didn't want but it's about treating people equally. I stood behind this family and observed the way she treated them, why is she treating me different? (Me thinking in my head) so I'm pretty confused at this point ... because I was so polite as I always am! Next another customer walked in white guy ... Her tone changes back to same when she was talking to the family of 3 she greeted him and treated him VIP would you like anything to drink coffee? Water? No he said she said Ok. Please have a seat we will be with you soon! Now I'm beyond irritated wow unbelievable why is her tone so nice to them? why does she keep offering people drinks besides me? I didn't say a word I pay the same amount they pay and I get treated like I'm a nobody because I hate to say this but maybe because I'm Not white? I don't know it makes no sense but all I know is that I will never be back the haircut was great but the old lady left a bad taste in my mouth. To top it off !!!!!!!!!! I was recommended to not speak up and say anything BECAUSE IT WAS THE OWNERS WIFE HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAAH FTB.
