  • Wanted to find out how much we could get for a painting. Security guy told us up front what would happen. He said that they would have to give us an email for their art director and we would have to correspond with them that way to get the value of the painting. We were ok with that, so we got in line to speak with someone. When it was our turn, I put the painting on the counter and the guy would not listen to anything I said. I tried to explain to him that we weren't selling it off the bat. We wanted to know what the value of the painting was and how much they would give us for it. We already knew the ballpark value of it. He rudely replied back that, that wasn't his job. He said our job was to know the price of it and his job was to get it for dirt cheap from us. This guy was rude and has no customer service skills. I will never return here and will tell others about my experience and to go elsewhere!
