  • LET THE BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a heating lamp for my tortoises and when I got home, the first thing I noticed was that the lamp was clearly "used merchandise". Then I realized that IT DID NOT WORK. So I drove back to the store, and they did not have another and told me that I could get a replacement in about 2-weeks. Tortoises do not live without heat... so I was forced to buy one somewhere else. When I requested a refund, since I could not get a replacement in a reasonable amount of time, I was told NO REFUNDS PERIOD. I am still fighting via my credit card company these guys today. They have the lamp and still will not agree to a refund. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS MR OWNER.
