  • I woke up one morning to a water on my bathroom floor. I shut off the water to my house and called Rightway Plumbing the next day. They had someone come out to my house and gave me a 30 minute notice. I did really appreciate that. The guy found the leak. However, he told me I needed a brand new hot water heater and there was no way to fix the current one. He quoted me $1600 and actually said to me "I don't know if you have any family who can help you out." I got another quote. Turns out the hose just needed to be replaced. No more leaks. $10. I would never use this company again.
