  • First rate customer service gets 10 stars. They went above and beyond to help us and provide the best service. I can't recommend them enough. The rooms were big and the beds were to die for - so comfy. A little short on electrical outlets for charging phone and laptop. TV fine. Continental breakfast was really a buffet with many choices depending on your culinary preferences. I didn't have any problems with wifi strength. Keys worked fine, elevators worked, no crud in the corners, very clean. We were pleased beyond - I would highly recommend them. Again, let me stress the customer service from front desk staff was killer.
