  • I don't know if there are negative stars, I would totally give them that! Do not even accept their assignment to you if a home warranty company does assign them to you. They take forever to call you back. The service guy came and left without telling me and I had to call him to figure out what happened. He said he was down the street and 50 minutes later he said that he ran to do a quick job en route. He finally comes an hour and half later only to say that he knew he didn't have a ladder to get on the roof. He said he is familiar with the area and new that from the day this job was assigned to me by my home warranty company on Thursday. Today is Saturday, why didn't he rent a f**** ladder or declined the job to another professional company who can actually do the work?!!!! Terrible terrible service! Now my kids and I will endure more days in the heat because of their incompetence!!!!!!!
