  • Ehhh....it's alright.... The restaurant is a lot larger than I anticipated so we were seated quickly. The server was prompt in taking our order. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The server asked if I wanted the salad that came with it. I answered yes and she raced off, while I sat wondering what dressing she would bring since she didn't ask. Well....it comes tossed in a balsamic dressing. The salad was soggy as if they just make up a big bowl of it and let it sit all day. So two bites of that was enough. The chicken and waffles were okay, I wouldn't go there specifically for that but it wasn't bad. The waffle was actually pretty good it tasted fresh. The chicken was two thin chicken breasts with a very coarse texture. Not really sure how else to describe it. Getting out was a challenge. I had to ask for my check even after my plate had been taken. Then I had to figure out if I paid the server or up front. I decided to pay up front because it seemed like the server was never coming back. We did get a slice of key lime raspberry cake....I didn't chose it. Anyways, it was not good. The icing, the cake, no part of it was good. It was pretty though.....
